Answer 1 (from Qingfeng’s general manager): Once our customers’ site has been selected, Qingfeng will make out the planning flow for our customers. We will carry out a series of investigation and analysis of customers’ market. Then, we will bring out a suitable investment and planning program for them, and help them solve the difficulties before operation.

Question 2: How should we overcome the difficulty if the game city can’t bring profits to us?

Answer 2 (from Qingfeng’s foreign trade manager): Each month, Qingfeng analyzes and concludes the actual profit-earning situation of our customers’ sites. When we find there is a bit difficulty, we help customers adjust their programs to help them win profits.

Question 3: We are worried about your quality and after-sales service.

Answer 3 (from after-sales department): First, Qingfeng offers our professional technical solutions to our customers, including photos, videos and files. Second, we support three parties (customer, after-sales service staff and technician) online communication. And the technician helps customers solve their problems by operating the real game machines. Third, Qingfeng arrange technicians to customers’ sites to help them solve problems.

Question 4: How about the delivery time, transportation, and related fees?

Answer 4 (from foreign salesman): First, we can ship your game machines to you in 7-15 days after we receive our customers’ deposit. 2. Generally, we ship our game machines to our customers by sea. 3. The transportation fees and other related fees are based on the price at different time.

Question 5: How to install and adjust our purchased game machines after we receive them? And, how about the technical training?

Answer 5 (from foreign salesman): If customers need, Qingfeng will arrange our technicians to our customers’ sites, and help our customers install and adjust their purchased game machines. We can also offer trainings to Qingfeng customers’ technicians and other related staffs to ensure the good operation of the sites.
